Bus diganti di pool Magelang karena masalah, lalu drop off dilakukan di pintu keluar Petukangan pukul 2 pagi karena kenek ingin mengantar satu penumpang ke Ciawi. Padahal sesuai tiket seharusnya di Pasar Lembang. Hal ini berbahaya terutama jika penumpang wanita harus turun dini hari. Mohon perhatian agar supir dan kenek lebih mempertimbangkan keselamatan semua penumpang sesuai tiket.

Awalnya bus yang datang tidak sesuai deskripsi, bahkan tidak ada charger USB. Perjalanan sempat terasa lama hingga 15 jam karena menggunakan bus feeder. Namun setelah berganti bus, fasilitas jauh lebih nyaman dibandingkan harga yang tercantum. Semoga armada seperti ini semakin banyak.
