Sistem online perlu diperbarui karena nomor bus tidak tercantum. Saat keberangkatan sebaiknya dilakukan absensi nama penumpang dan diinformasikan melalui telepon atau WhatsApp. Petugas bus juga sebaiknya membawa denah bangku agar lebih maksimal.

Seharusnya tiba sekitar jam 2 atau 3, namun bus mogok dan harus diganti sehingga terlambat. Bus pengganti cukup nyaman karena menyediakan bantal.
