Selama perjalanan kru bus justru sibuk bermain judi online dan merokok. Selain itu, waktu perjalanan tidak tepat waktu karena yang seharusnya tiba di tujuan pukul 01.55 ternyata baru sampai pukul 04.15. Pengemudi pertama juga membawa armada dengan ugal, ugalan sehingga sangat membahayakan keselamatan para penumpang.
