tolong pihak safari busa nya blm diupgrade bus lama masih diiperasikan, perjalanan jurusan temanggung -jakrta mobil mogok, lambat perlanan, sandaran kaki saya rusak. penjemputan terlambat dari estimasi jam 09.00 sampai jam 10.30 tidak ada konfirmasi dan di area Ngadirejo tidak ada agen nya. untuk tempat istirahat oke makanannya. toilet dalam mobil jorok

Kami diturunkan di exit tol, bukan di lokasi pemberhentian akhir sesuai tiket. Hal ini berbahaya terutama bagi penumpang wanita karena tiba sekitar pukul 02.00 WIB. Selain itu bus terlambat berangkat 1 jam dan tiba 2 jam lebih lambat dari jadwal.
