How to book an NPM Pay@Bus ticket?
You can select the Pay@Bus option on the payment screen and complete your payment at the NPM counter at least 00:30 jam (Bukittinggi, Padang Panjang, Medan, Padang Pariaman, Padang, Binjai, Bandung, Bekasi, Bogor, Depok, Jakarta and Tangerang to the destination location) before the departure time. You will get a voucher code that should be shown to the agent at the bus operator counter.
How do I pay for an NPM Pay@Bus ticket?
You are required to pay in cash at the bus operator counter at least 00:30 jam (Bukittinggi, Padang Panjang, Medan, Padang Pariaman, Padang, Binjai, Bandung, Bekasi, Bogor, Depok, Jakarta and Tangerang to the destination location) before the departure time in order to confirm your seats. Failing to pay before the departure time will automatically cancel your booking.
When will I receive the ticket?
Once you have paid for the ticket at the counter, you will receive the confirmed ticket on your registered email and mobile number.
Will I be charged an extra amount with the Pay@Bus option?

Bus tidak on time sampai tujuan, ada pergantian bus di Kampung Rambutan. WC bau dan staf merokok sehingga menimbulkan bau di dalam bus.
