Pertama kali naik bus Bali-Surabaya terasa sangat keren. Fasilitas oke, dapat makanan dan cemilan gratis. Kursi nyaman seperti di bioskop, selimut bersih dan wangi, bus mantap. Sampai di loket stasiun Bali bus langsung dibersihkan, kamar mandi bersih, bahkan ada kopi gratis.
