Pengalaman pertama mencoba layanan bus ini terasa amat memuaskan, terutama dari segi kenyamanan kursi, pelayanan kru, hingga kualitas konsumsi yang disediakan. Walaupun sempat mengalami penggantian armada secara mendadak serta perpindahan posisi tempat duduk yang berbeda dari pesanan awal, hal tersebut tidak menjadi masalah besar karena fasilitas armada penggantinya tetap sangat bagus.
