Plusnya, dapet snack yang banyak, tapi minusnya adalah kursi Royal Shuttle bener-bener sempit, dan kebetulan pas bener dapet di samping kursi aku bapak-bapak gendut, jadi bener-bener nyesek di kursinya. ganti2an buat mindahin tangan, padahal harganya lebih mahal dr damri, cuma krn aku lagi butuh waktu pemberangkatan siang aja huft cukup deh🙏🏻

Bus yang digunakan berukuran kecil sehingga kursi penumpang terasa kurang nyaman. Kantor di stasiun Bandar Lampung juga sulit diakses karena banyak sepeda motor parkir.

Pengemudi Royal Shuttle mengemudi dengan cara yang sangat berbahaya, zig-zag, menyalip dari bahu jalan, dan tidak memperhatikan kenyamanan penumpang. Hal ini membahayakan nyawa penumpang dan pengguna jalan lain. Mohon pihak manajemen menindaklanjuti agar keselamatan tetap terjaga.
