Sebaiknya pool bus di Moyo, Denpasar dikombinasikan dengan area penumpang bersiap naik agar tidak menumpuk di Jl. Diponegoro. Kursi lipat di teras MTrans lounge bisa disediakan untuk kenyamanan penumpang, terutama lansia atau yang kurang kuat. Di dalam sudah ada tempat duduk nyaman yang perlu dipertahankan. Untuk pool dekat Terminal Arjosari, Malang, akan lebih baik jika tersedia kamar mandi bagi penumpang yang datang pagi atau sore sehingga perjalanan lebih nyaman. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya.

Fasilitas toilet perlu diperbaiki karena air kadang habis dan sabun tidak tersedia. Sistem air masih menggunakan bak, sebaiknya diganti dengan model semprot agar lebih mudah digunakan. Selain itu, layanan sudah baik dan nyaman.

Pelayanan sudah bagus dan perjalanan terasa nyaman. Namun kursi sleeper bagian atas perlu diperbaiki karena sandaran tangan dengan meja berbunyi berisik saat bus bergoyang, sehingga mengganggu tidur penumpang. Sebaiknya kru juga lebih teliti memeriksa penumpang yang turun di titik pemberhentian agar tidak salah lokasi.

Dalam tiket tertera fasilitas snack namun tidak diberikan. Hiburan tidak berfungsi karena earphone tidak disediakan. Tidak ada tong sampah di bus sehingga kebersihan kurang terjaga. Posisi kaki saat tidur tidak nyaman, selimut tidak baru dan tidak harum. Minuman hanya air tanpa kopi atau teh. Ditemukan kecoak kecil di bus. Supir baik dan berangkat tepat waktu.

Kondisi kursi sleeper kurang bersih, ekspektasi selimut bersih tidak terpenuhi. Supir mengemudi kurang nyaman sehingga tidur resah. TV tidak ada channel dan tidak tersedia wifi.
