Kursi terasa biasa saja, penjemputan cukup lama dan molor. Bahkan sampai Terminal Bobotsari pun masih terlambat, seharusnya pukul 3.45 namun baru berhenti di PO Sinar Jaya Karanganyar pukul 4.35. Bus terlalu sering berhenti di PO.

Sopir sangat ramah, kondisi dalam bus bersih dan nyaman, perjalanan lancar, cepat, serta aman. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman terasa menyenangkan. Akan lebih baik jika tersedia tambahan shuttle di Jakarta, misalnya di Jatiwaringin dan Pondok Bambu depan McD atau Yogya Toserba. Untuk area Sukabumi, penambahan shuttle di Cikukulu seberang jalan raya Caringin atau di terminal Caringin arah Pasir Datar akan semakin memudahkan penumpang dari kampung menuju Jakarta. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya.
