Bus mogok dan berbau gosong, perjalanan molor hingga 12 jam. Pihak perusahaan tidak memberikan solusi, kompensasi, maupun permintaan maaf. Semoga menjadi evaluasi agar lebih baik ke depannya, terutama bagi penumpang dengan tujuan mendesak.
