Bus dijadwalkan berangkat pukul 17.30 namun baru berangkat pukul 21.00. Estimasi perjalanan 13 jam menjadi 16 jam. AC tidak dingin sehingga siang hari terasa panas.

Kursi bus terasa sempit dan sulit menemukan tempat untuk mengisi daya HP jika tidak duduk di bagian depan. Tidak tersedia snack maupun minuman, AC kurang dingin, serta suspensi kendaraan tidak nyaman sehingga perjalanan terasa kurang menyenangkan.

Bus mengalami keterlambatan parah. Seharusnya berangkat sebelum pukul 08.00, namun baru berangkat setelah pukul 10.00 dari Terminal Bungurasih tanpa alasan yang jelas. Hal ini membuat waktu terbuang percuma dan penumpang merasa lebih baik menggunakan kereta.
