Perjalanan dengan Haryanto kali ini mengecewakan karena mendapatkan bus bantuan bernama Jimbaran Putra Abadi. Masalah utama ada pada kru yang merokok di dalam bus meski ada aturan larangan. Selain itu bus tidak sampai tujuan, penumpang tujuan Tangerang Poris diturunkan di Cengkareng sehingga menimbulkan kekecewaan dan biaya tambahan. Hal ini perlu diperbaiki agar tidak merugikan penumpang maupun citra Haryanto.

Saat ini sudah pukul 05.00 pagi, tetapi bus masih berada di wilayah Jawa Barat. Keterlambatan yang sangat panjang ini membuat perjalanan terasa melelahkan dan jauh dari estimasi waktu tiba yang dijanjikan. Kondisi seperti ini jelas merugikan penumpang dan menunjukkan kurangnya manajemen waktu dari pihak operator.
