Pertama kali naik Sinar Jaya sangat mengecewakan. Toilet bau pesing dan sempit, bus terlambat tiba, hanya diberi air mineral tanpa snack, makanan tidak enak. Tidak ingin naik Sinar Jaya lagi.

Suka naik Sinar Jaya karena kru baik, bus nyaman, dan sopir tidak ugal-ugalan. Namun pelayanan makan kurang layak, bersedia membayar lebih jika vendor diganti agar lebih baik.
