Delay, seharusnya berangkat jam 17.50 tetapi baru berangkat sekitar jam 22.00. Dalam perjalanan menabrak mobil, korban dibawa ambulans.

Bus datang terlambat, AC mati dan baru diperbaiki hingga pukul 9 malam. Akhirnya penumpang dioper ke bus lain, sehingga perjalanan yang seharusnya tiba di Muntilan pukul 4 pagi menjadi pukul 12 siang.

Keberangkatan telat 3 jam. Driver dan kru merokok, berbahaya untuk anak-anak. Sering berhenti di sembarang tempat. Proses pengantaran tidak terfokus pada satu jurusan (muter-puter dulu di Jakarta, mulai Karawang, Bekasi, Pulogebang, Mampang Perapatan, Pasar Jumat, Ciledug, Pasar Rebo, Depok, Citeureup, Bogor), padahal bus tersebut jurusan Bogor, jadi lama sekali. Tidak tersedia toilet, untuk pengisian battery HP hanya tersedia di dasbor depan dan hanya 2 colokan, penumpang duduk tidak sesuai nomor kursi, pengalaman terburuk saat naik bus semoga tidak naik bus tersebut lagi.

Di jadwal jam 23.00, baru berangkat jam 04.00 subuh. Tadi dia mencoba memaklumi karena masa arus balik, tapi ditambah driver merokok padahal bus ber-AC membuat semakin tidak nyaman.

Pesanana tidak sesuai, diaplikasi ada toilet tp pas berangkat bis ngak ada toilet, sandaran kursi doll ( jadi ngk bisa buat bersandar ), jalur trayek terlalu banyak , tiap kota masih naikin penumpang.
