Manajemen waktu perjalanan sangat buruk. Penumpang sudah diminta datang lebih awal dari jadwal keberangkatan awal jam 18.15, tetapi armada justru mengalami penundaan keberangkatan dengan alasan kesalahan masukan data dan menunggu kursi terisi penuh. Hal ini mengakibatkan keterlambatan parah di lokasi tujuan yang semula dijadwalkan pukul 04.00 menjadi pukul 05.30, sehingga merusak agenda perjalanan penting penumpang yang berencana mendaki tiga gunung namun hanya bisa terlaksana satu gunung saja.
