Sebenarnya tidak ada masalah dengan makanan, hanya saja kemarin sudah disediakan sebelum bus tiba di tempat istirahat sehingga makanan dan minuman menjadi dingin. Kebetulan pilihan empal gentong tidak mendapat daging, hanya lemak sehingga tidak dimakan. Selain itu tidak ada masalah sama sekali.

mohon agar petugas bisa mengecek apakah penumpang yg naik sudah sesuai dengan kursi yg sudah dipilih,karena pada perjalanan yg kali ini kursi saya sudah diduduki orang dan tidak mau pindah tempat,saya mengalah karena posisi sudah capek dan sudah malam pas naik bus nya,kasian penumpang lain kalau sampe ribut kemudian makanan,yg dr pool cititrans krapyak tolong jangan CFC terus karena maaf buat yg seperti saya naik cititrans setiap minggu 2 kali makanan CFC itu sudah sangat membosankan semoga bisa dijadikan maklum oleh pihak cititrans
