Di upper deck terdengar bunyi ngik-ngik setiap bus berjalan, kemungkinan dari kursi depan dengan TV yang terpasang di kaca. Pemasangan kurang pas sehingga bunyi terus terdengar dan membuat tidak nyaman.

Bus sangat buruk, datang terlambat hampir 3 jam, kru merokok sepanjang perjalanan tanpa sekat sehingga penumpang mual. Selimut tidak tersedia, kru tidur di kursi kosong sehingga menghalangi jalan ke toilet. Toilet tidak ada lampu dan rusak, kru tidak ramah, suspensi bus buruk, penumpang yang kelewat turun malah dimarahi. Sebaiknya desain bus diberi sekat agar kru tidak mengganggu penumpang.

Secara keseluruhan perjalanan cukup baik, namun toilet masih berbau dan air tidak mengalir sehingga harus menggunakan timba. Makan malam yang disediakan juga kurang enak.
