Armada datang terlambat sekitar 1,5 jam. Saya sudah berada di lokasi agen 30-40 menit sebelum keberangkatan sehingga total menunggu menjadi 2 jam.

Perlu mempertimbangkan kembali sebelum naik bus ini. Penjemputan molor, kemudian terjadi insiden pecah ban dengan penanganan sangat lama sehingga perjalanan terlambat hingga empat jam.

Semua layanan bagus, hanya saja waktu kedatangan bMemesan bus Sinar Jaya dengan legrest, namun yang datang bus DMI tanpa legrest dan tidak ada informasi sebelumnya. Biasanya mendapat makan gratis sekali, tetapi kali ini tidak ada. Supir menyetir dengan baik, hanya berhenti sekali tanpa pemberitahuan jelas. Tiba di tujuan terlambat 30 menit, namun tetap sampai dengan aman.us terlambat hingga satu jam.
