Pengalaman sangat buruk, penjemputan terlambat 3 jam, bus tidak sesuai deskripsi, kursi tidak nyaman untuk tinggi badan lebih dari 180 cm. Kru merokok di kabin meski ada larangan. Perjalanan lama dan hanya sekali berhenti di rest area. Hampir semua penumpang kecewa karena bus yang datang tidak sesuai penawaran. Tidak ingin naik Sant Gold lagi.

Penjemputan terlambat 2 jam dari jadwal, penumpang tidak diturunkan sesuai lokasi yang disepakati dan harus dioper ke Grab. Seharusnya turun di Cibinong tetapi diturunkan di Terminal Pulo Gebang.

busnya telat lebih dari dua jam dari jadwal kedatangan / penjemputan. Tidak dapat Bis yang disebutkan dipemesanan (santgold) dapatnya anttrans, kabin kurang bersih, ac tidak dingin, dua kali berhenti cukup lama dibahu jalan tol. Waktu pengantaran berputar-putar -jakarta- tidak mengantisipasi titik macet yang bakal dilalui. !4 jam perjalanan. Plusnya semua crew bus sangat ramah.
