Jam kedatangan sangat terlambat (tidak ada komunikasi dari agen saat menunggu kedatangan). Kursi di depan saya (posisi saya 2B) rusak, sehingga mengganggu saya yang duduk di belakang. Tolong dicek lagi agar penumpang duduk sesuai nomor kursi yang didapatkan. Saya sebenarnya di 2A, tapi ternyata sudah ada orangnya. Saya orangnya pemalu. Rest area (WC) PARAH, baunya sangat menyengat.
