Bus dijadwalkan berangkat jam 5 tetapi baru berangkat jam 07.20 karena menjemput penumpang lain. Duduk tidak sesuai nomor sehingga banyak penumpang marah. Penumpang dari destinasi lain digabung dalam satu bus. Namun mendapat snack dan makan.
