Kru bus sebaiknya mengenakan seragam agar lebih rapi. Kebersihan kabin perlu dijaga dan ditambahkan pengharum agar suasana lebih nyaman.

Keberangkatan 19 Juni 2026 dengan 2 kursi mengalami banyak kendala. Tempat keberangkatan dijadwalkan di Terminal Mandalika namun diminta naik di pool. Jadwal pukul 10.00 WITA namun berangkat pukul 11.15 WITA. Tempat makan pertama di Badung kurang representatif sehingga harus makan di luar. Mesin bus bermasalah sehingga perjalanan sangat lambat menuju Surabaya. Perbaikan mesin memakan waktu lebih dari 9 jam, penumpang menunggu di pool hingga malam. Armada tua dan tidak sehat, perjalanan molor lebih dari 35 jam. Service makan perlu ditingkatkan terutama dari segi tempat. Pengemudi dan kru sangat baik, ramah, komunikatif, dan membantu, namun pengalaman terdampar di Surabaya dan ketidaktepatan waktu perjalanan sangat mengecewakan. Saya pribadi tidak akan mengulangi pengalaman bersama Wafaa Holiday, namun layanan dan kesehatan armada perlu ditingkatkan demi keselamatan penumpang lain.

Sebaiknya penumpang segera diberi informasi jika bus mengalami keterlambatan. Perencanaan waktu tempuh perlu disesuaikan agar tidak terlambat tiba di tujuan.

Toilet tidak bersih dan tidak ada lampu, penumpang merokok di dalam bus tanpa sekat dengan pengemudi, serta pengemudi mengendarai dengan cara ugal-ugalan sehingga perjalanan terasa tidak nyaman.

Fasilitas kursi armada berukuran besar serta nyaman, namun sistem sirkulasi udara kurang baik sehingga kabin terasa pengap untuk perjalanan jarak jauh. Perjalanan juga membengkak dari dua belas jam menjadi delapan belas jam akibat kendala mesin dan laju kendaraan yang lambat, ditambah sikap kru yang kurang tanggap dalam menginformasikan lokasi penurunan.
