Kondisi operasional bus sangat mengecewakan karena penumpang terlantar selama 4 jam di Surabaya tanpa kejelasan informasi. Perjalanan menjadi tidak efisien karena kendaraan terlalu sering berhenti dan singgah, bukannya langsung menuju ke kota tujuan.
