Pelayanan bus sangat baik dan hampir tidak ada keluhan. Namun keberangkatan molor dari jadwal pukul 3 menjadi pukul 4.30 karena menjemput penumpang di beberapa titik. Harapannya ke depan bisa lebih tepat waktu. Selain itu, bus ini sangat direkomendasikan karena semuanya sempurna.

Bus tidak masuk ke Terminal Pondok Cabe sehingga saya harus menuju Ciputat dengan menggunakan ojek online dan mengeluarkan biaya tambahan sebesar 30 ribu rupiah.

→ Penjemputan di Terminal Kartasura tepat waktu, kru dan agen ramah. Makan di RM Sari Rasa cukup memuaskan. Sopir sigap dan tiba di Terminal Pulogebang jauh lebih awal dari estimasi. Blue Line sangat baik.
