Bus dijadwalkan berangkat pukul 21.30 namun baru datang pukul 01.45. Bus sering mogok, laju lambat, AC bocor dan tidak dingin, sopir serta staf kurang ramah.

tiket tertera dijemput Minggu pukul 8.45, baru dijemput pukul 11.30 itupun bukan dengan bus wafa holiday, tapi bus gunung mas. Waktu tiba yg seharusnya 18.00 dihari yg sama, realisasinya hari senin jam 01.30

Bus terlambat 2 jam karena perbaikan. Sopir dan kondektur ramah, kursi nyaman dan luas, ada USB dan colokan listrik. Namun AC kurang dingin, aroma bus tidak segar, ada kecoa kecil, dan makan hanya berupa nasi box.
