Kecepatan bus sangat baik, namun kondisi kursi dan fasilitas lainnya tidak sesuai harapan. Saya cukup kaget saat masuk bus karena jauh dari ekspektasi sehingga merasa kecewa.

Beberapa kali tercium bau rokok di dalam bus, kemungkinan dari kru yang merokok. Hal ini perlu diperbaiki agar perjalanan lebih nyaman.

Bus terlambat 1 jam dari jadwal dan penumpang harus pindah bus hingga 3 kali, pertama di Cileungsi, kedua di Bekasi, dan ketiga di Brebes. Perpindahan dilakukan dengan waktu tunggu lama, bahkan saat tengah malam penumpang yang sedang tidur dibangunkan untuk pindah bus. Pengalaman ini sangat buruk, meskipun akhirnya tiba di tujuan sekitar pukul 04.30 pagi.

Penilaian baik: petugas loket banjarnegara kali ini bukan bapak tua yang lama yang tidak mau melayani dengan baik penumpang yang membeli lewat online, petugas kali ini sudah baik dalam pelayanan Kekurangan: Bis sempat ada masalah sebelum berangkat, driver merokok, tempat duduk sempit dan kurang nyaman, bis kelihatan sudah tua dan kurang bersih, ac gak dingin keringatan penumpang dibuatnya, musolah tempat istirahat kotor, keberangkatan kembali setelah istirahat sangat terburu buru kan harusnya sholat dulu terus makan, baru aja ambil makan sudah dipanggil naik bis, untuk harga 175 rb per trip, rasanya banyak opsi bis lain yang lebih baik dan nyaman atau tambah beberapa ribu aja dapat yang benar benar nyaman, calon penumpang lain bisa buktikan sendiri, kalo tidak terpaksa mungkin saya tidak akan naik bis ini lagi, 3 kali dengan ini pengalaman naik bis ini kurang menyenangkan

Pengemudi merokok saat mengendarai bus sehingga asap masuk ke kabin dan membuat penumpang tidak nyaman. Suspensi bus juga sangat buruk sehingga perjalanan terasa kurang menyenangkan.
