Bus datang terlambat, Kondisi bus tidak bagus, atap berkarat, AC tidak dingin, dan merembes tetes tetes air AC nya, tuas pengatur sandaran kursi hampir rusak,kursi bus juga kurang nyaman, bus melaju pelan tidak bisa kencang, terasa mesin bus kurang bagus, penumpang tidak bisa pilih kursi, jadi saat bis datang berebut kursi bus, dan banyak yg tidak dapat kursi tapi sudah bayar, posisi ruang merokok di belakang jadi hampir sepanjang perjalanan bau rokok, ditambah di bagian paling depan juga ada yg merokok, entah kru bus atau penumpang, service makan satu kali, dan penumpang bayar masing-masing, jika beli tiketnya online ada subsidi 15 ribu, harap armada bus nya di perbaharui, mungkin kalau sekitar tahun 2010 2012 ini termasuk bis yg oke, tapi untuk masa sekarang bisnya kurang bagus dibandingkan dengan bis2 lainnya, yang sudah sangat modern baik dr segi fasilitas, interior bus atupun mesin bus

Selama perjalanan, AC di dalam bus tidak dingin sehingga membuat suasana terasa pengap dan tidak nyaman. Selain itu, atap bus juga bocor sehingga menambah ketidaknyamanan penumpang. Kondisi seperti ini jelas tidak sesuai dengan standar pelayanan yang diharapkan dan perlu segera diperbaiki agar penumpang merasa aman serta nyaman dalam perjalanan.

Bus terasa nyaman dan perjalanan cukup cepat. Namun, ada beberapa hal yang menjadi keluhan: Saat mendapat jatah makan, ternyata tidak gratis seperti yang diinformasikan sebelumnya, melainkan masih harus membayar. Penurunan penumpang tidak sesuai aturan. Seharusnya turun di Terminal Kalideres, tetapi justru diturunkan di Kampung Rambutan, yang jaraknya masih cukup jauh dari lokasi rumah saya. Tidak ada kompensasi atau ganti rugi atas ketidaksesuaian tersebut. Mohon agar hal ini dapat ditinjau lebih lanjut, karena layanan yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan harapan dan informasi awal. Saat pemesanan, format kursi ditampilkan 2–2. Namun kenyataannya, bus menggunakan konfigurasi kursi 3–2. Ketika kursi sudah penuh, bus tetap menerima penumpang tambahan, bahkan ada yang naik dari Surabaya ke Jakarta dengan posisi berdiri. Hal ini jelas mengurangi kenyamanan dan tidak sesuai dengan informasi yang diberikan saat pemesanan.

Kursi bus perlu diperbaiki karena kondisinya kurang nyaman. Selain itu, AC tidak cukup dingin sehingga pada siang hari, meskipun ada AC, penumpang tetap merasa berkeringat.

Bus sudah penuh tetapi masih mencari penumpang tambahan, sehingga penumpang yang sudah beli online kalah dengan penumpang yang beli langsung. Sistem perlu lebih teratur agar tidak merugikan penumpang.
