Pengalaman pertama naik bus Tentrem jurusan Surabaya–Malang sangat mengecewakan. Kursi yang didapat berada di atas mesin dekat sopir sehingga terasa panas. Petugas bus bersikap kasar. Padahal tiket dibeli secara online, bukan gratis. Tidak ingin menggunakan layanan ini lagi.
