Apabila armada mengalami masalah di jalan, pihak manajemen perusahaan otobus semestinya berinisiatif memberikan kabar melalui nomor telepon penumpang yang sudah terdaftar.

Ini menjadi pengalaman terakhir saya menggunakan jasa otobus ini. Kami berdua ditegur saat merokok di area merokok, padahal tidak ada papan larangan tertulis, dan penyampaian teguran tersebut dilakukan dengan cara yang tidak sopan. Selain itu, ketersediaan air di dalam toilet bus kosong dan tidak diisi ulang meskipun armada sudah sempat berhenti di rumah makan.

Kru bus sangat mantap, baru pertama kali naik bus Sumatera dari agen Solok yang ramah. Pelayanan online juga baik. Bus berangkat cepat dari Solok pukul 12 siang dan tiba di Jakarta pukul 3 sore. Pengemudi membawa bus dengan lembut tanpa ugal-ugalan. Saat pulang kampung pasti akan memilih Palala lagi karena membuat betah.
