Bus mengalami keterlambatan hingga 2,5 jam karena kendala teknis. Walaupun akhirnya dikirim bus cadangan setelah menunggu lama, tetap saja kasihan sopir bus cadangan karena harus menghadapi kemarahan penumpang. Keterlambatan 2,5 jam ini juga terjadi tanpa adanya kompensasi bagi penumpang.

Bus terlambat berangkat hingga dua jam dari jadwal, layanan CS tidak merespons, dan sopir mengemudi ugal-ugalan. Pengalaman sangat buruk sehingga tidak ingin menggunakan Gracias lagi.

Pertama kali naik Gracias Shuttle, titik penjemputan di Indomaret Dipatiukur tidak tersedia sehingga harus ke kantor Gracias terlebih dahulu. Tempat tunggu kotor, pengap, dan toilet rusak. Keberangkatan terlambat dari pukul 10.30 menjadi 11.30 karena menunggu penumpang lain, total keterlambatan sekitar 1,5 jam. Perlu peningkatan ketepatan waktu dan fasilitas ruang tunggu karena berpengaruh pada pekerjaan penumpang.

Titik pool bus yang dikirim via email tidak sesuai, tertulis Jl Abu Bakar Ali no. 75 padahal seharusnya no. 24. Hal ini membuat penumpang harus berjalan jauh dengan barang bawaan dan khawatir tertinggal bus.

Ketika saya ingin berhenti di titik jemput, justru diberi banyak alasan oleh pihak bus sehingga tidak bisa langsung diturunkan sesuai permintaan. Hal ini membuat penumpang merasa tidak dilayani dengan baik. Semoga ke depannya staf lebih fleksibel dan komunikatif agar penumpang bisa turun di titik yang sudah disepakati tanpa harus dipersulit.

Saya memesan tiket bus, namun yang datang mobil Hiace karena penumpang hanya 9 orang. Pelayanan staff dan driver baik, mobil bersih dan nyaman. Namun saat tiba di tujuan tidak ada pool atau terminal khusus, hanya diturunkan di pinggir jalan dekat tugu 0 km.
