Bus tidak terlalu bagus namun fasilitas lengkap, termasuk stop kontak di bagasi atas. Bus nyaman, driver cukup baik, perjalanan panjang tetap terasa nyaman.

Bus mengalami keterlambatan hingga 2,5 jam karena kendala teknis. Walaupun akhirnya dikirim bus cadangan setelah menunggu lama, tetap saja kasihan sopir bus cadangan karena harus menghadapi kemarahan penumpang. Keterlambatan 2,5 jam ini juga terjadi tanpa adanya kompensasi bagi penumpang.

Bus terlambat berangkat hingga dua jam dari jadwal, layanan CS tidak merespons, dan sopir mengemudi ugal-ugalan. Pengalaman sangat buruk sehingga tidak ingin menggunakan Gracias lagi.
