Pengalaman perjalanan cukup baik dengan staf yang ramah dan pelayanan yang memuaskan. Namun fasilitas toilet perlu ditingkatkan karena tidak tersedia air sehingga menyulitkan penumpang untuk berwudhu.

Perjalanan cukup lumayan, namun bus berangkat terlambat 14 menit dan beberapa kali berhenti menunggu penumpang sehingga total keterlambatan mencapai sekitar 60 menit.

Saya dimasukkan ke bus dengan nomor berbeda meskipun sudah membeli tiket melalui aplikasi dan memilih kursi 32. Ketika menolak, tetap diarahkan ke bus lain sehingga masuk dengan sedikit kecewa. Bus tersebut juga memiliki jadwal kedatangan berbeda, tiba pukul 09.00, terlambat 2 jam dari jadwal asli pukul 07.00.

Bus bersih dan nyaman, AC dingin, namun port USB sudah kendor sehingga tidak bisa digunakan untuk mengisi daya. Selebihnya mantap dan akan memesan lagi PO Mawar.
