Pemberangkatan tidak sesuai informasi, seharusnya dari Terminal Tipo namun dilakukan dari Terminal Namboro. Hal ini merugikan karena biaya transportasi tambahan mencapai Rp100.000.

Secara keseluruhan sudah baik, namun aliran AC lebih terasa di bagian depan. Di kursi nomor 16 bagian belakang tidak mendapat AC, hanya angin kecil seperti kipas lemah. Selain itu semuanya baik.

Kami memesan bus dari Makassar ke Mamuju dengan estimasi perjalanan 8 jam. Namun staf mengarahkan ke bus yang salah sehingga perjalanan menjadi 12 jam.

Kursinya terasa nyaman dan mendukung perjalanan. Sayangnya, di dalam bus banyak nyamuk sehingga mengurangi kenyamanan penumpang. Kebersihan dan pengendalian hama sebaiknya lebih diperhatikan agar pengalaman perjalanan bisa benar-benar maksimal.
