Awalnya sudah diarahkan ke bus menuju terminal Indihiang, namun bus tersebut batal berangkat karena ada pengecekan kerusakan. Penumpang dialihkan ke bus lain yang waktu tempuhnya jauh lebih lama dari estimasi aplikasi, seharusnya 4 jam tetapi menjadi 12 jam. Rest area untuk makan berat hanya tersedia sekali menjelang akhir perjalanan. Pengalaman pertama ini cukup mengecewakan.
