Perjalanan saat akhir pekan terasa lebih lama, berangkat pukul 16.00 dan tiba di Depok sekitar pukul 20.00 karena beberapa titik macet terutama di Bandung dan pintu keluar tol Depok. Secara keseluruhan perjalanan tetap baik.

Pelayanan terasa sangat baik. Sopir dan penumpang lain membantu mencari earphone yang jatuh di bus menjelang tiba di tujuan, meskipun hingga kini earphone belum ditemukan.

Awalnya saya ingin memberi bintang 1 karena sangat kecewa, namun saya tetap mengapresiasi driver yang ramah dan bersahabat. Admin tidak menguasai jobdesk, saya diminta kembali ke lokasi share (Artos), padahal saya sudah menunggu di titik penjemputan sesuai aplikasi RedBus (Armada Swalayan/Apotik Farma Mertoyudan) dan sudah saya sampaikan. Saat itu saya membawa 3 tas berat, bayangkan jika terjadi pada orang tua, orang sakit, atau ibu hamil. Selain itu, saya diminta foto e‑tiket, padahal admin seharusnya bisa cek dari sistem DayTrans yang terkoneksi dengan RedBus. Harap RedBus membantu memperbarui data penjemputan agar sesuai dengan lokasi sebenarnya. Jika memang sudah pindah ke Artos, aplikasi juga harus menampilkan Artos, bukan Armada Swalayan

Saat perjalanan saya sempat terbangun karena suhu di dalam mobil sangat dingin. Setelah meminta pengemudi menaikkan suhu, kondisi menjadi lebih baik. Secara keseluruhan perjalanan lancar, nyaman, dan pengemudi cukup baik.
