Perjalanan ini sangat lama dan membuang waktu akibat manajemen yang tidak profesional. Penumpang dipindahkan ke armada lain tanpa adanya pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu, lalu pengemudi serta kernet tiba, tiba menghilang begitu saja.

Waktu dimulainya perjalanan meleset dari jadwal resmi yang tertera, selain itu proses pengantaran tidak diselesaikan hingga ke lokasi akhir melainkan penumpang dialihkan menggunakan jasa taksi daring dari wilayah Jatiwaringin yang memicu rasa kurang nyaman.
