Jam kumpul seharusnya 18.15 namun diminta datang 18.00, bus baru datang pukul 20.20 dan berangkat lebih dari jam 21 karena mengangkut paket besar. Bus berjalan sangat pelan dibandingkan pengalaman dengan Tiara Mas dan Sinar Jaya. Kursi penumpang diubah seenaknya pada hari keberangkatan, saya yang memesan kursi 8D tiba-tiba diminta pindah dengan alasan untuk paket. Petugas bingung menunjukkan kursi kosong sehingga saya harus berdiri menunggu. Pengalaman ini sangat buruk, terlebih saya memilih jam tersebut agar bisa ke gereja esok harinya, namun tiba di Malang lebih dari jam 12 hampir jam 1 malam.

Keberangkatan terlambat 40 menit sehingga tiba di Surabaya juga terlambat. Bus mengangkut banyak barang ekspedisi hingga lorong penuh dus besar, serta terdapat kabel terbuka di kursi.

Perjalanan Blitar-Bandung dijadwalkan berangkat pukul 09.00 dan tiba pukul 18.30, namun berangkat pukul 09.30 dan baru tiba pukul 04.25 keesokan harinya. Makan siang dilakukan pukul 17.00 dan tidak mendapat makan malam sehingga kupon tidak terpakai.
