Laju kendaraan dirasa agak lambat dan kompartemen bagasi di atas kabin sering memicu bunyi getaran yang keras sepanjang jalur darat. Suhu penyejuk udara juga kurang dingin hingga membuat kabin agak gerah, meskipun dari segi kualitas busa kursi penumpang dinilai sudah cukup nyaman.

Bus seharusnya lebih dipersiapkan sebelum perjalanan agar tidak ada kendala. Agen juga harus lebih teliti memeriksa tiket penumpang agar kursi yang sudah sesuai aplikasi tidak direbut penumpang lain. Hal ini fatal dan membuat perjalanan sangat tidak menyenangkan.

arena urgent masuk kerja, saya duduk di paling belakang. Secara keseluruhan pelayanan baik, staff ramah, dapat snack dan kupon makan tanpa biaya tambahan. Namun duduk di belakang terasa sangat berguncang hingga kursi seperti melompat, dan ada kecoa lewat di dekat toilet. Mohon kebersihan ditingkatkan agar lebih nyaman.
