Bus berhenti lama di Solok hingga 2,5 jam tanpa kejelasan, kemudian penumpang diminta pindah ke bus lain yang sudah penuh. Situasi ini membuat penumpang merasa terlantar dan perlu segera diperbaiki.

Bus berangkat jauh lebih terlambat dari jadwal, seharusnya pukul 17.00 namun baru berangkat pukul 21.00. Bau asap rokok beberapa kali tercium, entah dari penumpang atau sopir. Sebaiknya bus menyediakan tempat khusus untuk merokok agar tidak mengganggu penumpang lain, terutama dalam perjalanan jauh. Tidak tersedia toilet dan minuman, namun penumpang mendapat dua kali makan sehingga sedikit membantu.
