Saya merasa diperlakukan kurang baik oleh admin PO Santoso. Saat meminta ditunggu sekitar 10 menit, saya justru dibentak melalui telepon. Sebelumnya juga ada chat yang kurang sopan kepada penumpang. Balasan singkat seperti “Y” atau “OK” menurut saya tidak pantas diberikan kepada pelanggan. Sikap yang tidak ramah membuat saya tidak nyaman. Saya berharap staf dapat dibenahi agar tidak ada penumpang lain yang menjadi korban perlakuan seperti ini.

Awalnya mengira bus ini biasa seperti VIP, ternyata kursinya lega dan mendapat selimut bedcover. Sayangnya tidak ada snack, sebaiknya minimal diberikan satu botol air mineral. Pelayanan sudah baik, terima kasih PO Santoso.
