cukup pertama kali dan terakhir kalinya saya naik ini. Saya bayar bagasi lagi untuk 2 kardus kecil buat tutup mulut katanya wkwk, pegangan koper saya sampe copot waktu transit sama yang mindahin bukannya minta maaf malah bilng isi kopernya berat padahal udah sesuai standar berat kopernya,pelayanannya gak ramah sebelum keberangkatan pun gak ada yang menghubungi dimana titik jemput gak sama bus yang lain di hubungi sehari mau berangkat.

Saat berangkat terjadi pungutan liar untuk memasukkan barang ke bagasi, saya diminta membayar Rp50.000 padahal hanya membawa 3 barang (koper, tas, dan kardus). Selain itu fasilitas air minum tidak tersedia meski tertera ada. Hal ini sangat tidak menyenangkan.

Fasilitas TV di setiap kursi rusak atau tidak tersedia, bantal kursi tidak ada, dispenser rusak, dan tidak ada cemilan. Voucher makan hanya diberikan sekali di Jambi dan nasi kotak di Merak, padahal dengan harga tiket tinggi seharusnya mendapat 3 kali makan gratis. Penumpang juga dipindahkan ke bus lain di terminal Solok meski sudah membayar mahal.
