Kebersihan terutama toilet harus ditingkatkan. Area sleeper sebaiknya penumpang melepas alas kaki agar tidak bau. Tidak tersedia snack dan minuman, semoga diperbaiki agar bisa bersaing dengan bus lain.

Awalnya saya tidak tahu kalau kursi di bus ini bisa diatur menjadi posisi tiduran, karena tiket dipesan oleh pasangan saya. Saat masuk ke dalam bus, Masya Allah, kursinya ternyata sangat nyaman. Ada fasilitas TV juga, sehingga anak saya sangat senang sepanjang perjalanan. Bahkan ia bilang kalau nanti mudik lagi, ingin naik bus ini lagi.
