Perjalanan dengan Santoso terasa cepat dan aman. Jangan menilai bus hanya dari tampilan luar karena fasilitasnya lengkap, perjalanan ke Malang ditempuh tepat 12 jam, tersedia makanan, toilet berfungsi, dan AC sangat dingin.

Kursi tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi, seharusnya eksekutif namun kenyataannya VIP tanpa leg rest. Bus juga sering berhenti untuk mengambil penumpang sembarangan.

Saya merasa diperlakukan kurang baik oleh admin PO Santoso. Saat meminta ditunggu sekitar 10 menit, saya justru dibentak melalui telepon. Sebelumnya juga ada chat yang kurang sopan kepada penumpang. Balasan singkat seperti “Y” atau “OK” menurut saya tidak pantas diberikan kepada pelanggan. Sikap yang tidak ramah membuat saya tidak nyaman. Saya berharap staf dapat dibenahi agar tidak ada penumpang lain yang menjadi korban perlakuan seperti ini.
