Bus dan pengemudi baik serta tidak ugal-ugalan. Anak-anak lebih nyaman duduk di kursi nomor 1-2 karena legrest dekat kursi. Namun perjalanan molor dua jam dari jadwal, tiba pukul 17 padahal seharusnya pukul 15 meski tidak macet. Perjalanan dari Malang ke Jogja terasa sangat lama, lebih baik memilih rute malam agar lebih efisien.

Mohon agar informasi bus terbaru diperbarui, karena saat memesan tata letak kursi berbeda dengan kenyataan. Pemesanan menunjukkan toilet di belakang, namun bus yang digunakan memiliki toilet di samping. Staf juga kurang ramah saat menjelaskan perbedaan tata letak kursi.
