Terima kasih atas inisiatif mengganti bus, namun bus pengganti tidak memadai: tidak ada tirai, AC kurang dingin, tidak ada layanan makan, toilet tidak tersedia, dan kursi tidak sesuai pesanan. Pengalaman kurang menyenangkan untuk pertama kali naik Laju Prima.

Saya diarahkan naik bus Setia Negara bukan Laju Prima, diturunkan di Wiradesa bukan Kajen. Bus berangkat terlambat 1 jam 30 menit.

Operator tidak jelas, pesan Laju Prima tetapi dinaikkan ke Setia Negara dengan alasan bos sama. Keberangkatan seharusnya pukul 09.00 tetapi baru berangkat hampir pukul 11.00. Kursi tidak sesuai pemesanan, penumpang jurusan lain dicampur, bus berjalan lambat dan berisik. Lebih baik naik bus lain yang lebih pasti.
