Pelayanan awal Medali Mas sangat baik dan bertanggung jawab, penumpang dialihkan ke terminal lain dengan ongkos ditanggung. Snack lengkap disediakan, ada selimut meski sebagian apek. Sayangnya bus sudah lama sehingga kebersihan kurang terjaga dan AC bocor membuat tidak nyaman. Namun dengan harga dan tanggung jawab yang baik, tetap diapresiasi.

Pertama kali naik Medali Mas sangat mengecewakan. Jadwal berangkat diundur, bus mogok karena kopling selip, penumpang harus menunggu montir hingga dini hari. Tiba di Bogor terlambat 10 jam dari jadwal. Tidak ingin naik Medali Mas lagi.
