Jadwal kedatangan armada mengalami keterlambatan hingga lebih dari lima jam, ditambah lagi pihak bus menaikkan penumpang melebihi kapasitas kursi hingga terpaksa duduk lesehan di lantai kabin, serta sikap kru yang bertugas dinilai sangat tidak ramah.
