Saya memesan kursi depan melalui aplikasi, namun ternyata sudah ditempati orang lain sehingga harus duduk di belakang. Kursi juga bocor hingga celana basah karena hujan deras. Saat ditanya, pihak bus mengatakan tidak masalah karena penumpang sepi, padahal masalahnya adalah kursi yang saya pesan ditempati orang lain.
