Maaf cuma kasih bintang 3, karena sepengalaman saya ketika sudah booking tiket otomatis dari pihak pengurus PO bus konfirmasi by phone mengenai titik jemput atau menanyakan posisi saya dimana.. dan sayangnya itu tidak ada konfirmasi sama sekali, dimana jadwal pemberangkatan di jam 5 pagi, delay sampe jam 8 pagi, oke saya memaklumi karena bertepatan dengan hari raya Idhul Adha menghormati yang sedang sholat Ied, tp sangat disayangkan tidak ada konfirmasi sama sekali.. agak kecewa disini..
