Bus mengalami dua kali masalah, pertama di Subang ketika bagian mesin sempat terbakar. Kru menjanjikan bus pengganti dari Jakarta, namun setelah menunggu 3 jam, bus pengganti tidak datang. Bus akhirnya dipaksakan tetap jalan setelah perbaikan. Masalah kedua terjadi di Ungaran, di mana tidak ada kepastian sampai kapan harus menunggu. Pihak bus tidak memberikan opsi apakah akan ada bus pengganti atau solusi lain. Lebih disayangkan lagi, sopir dan kru lepas tanggung jawab, tidak memberikan informasi, bahkan tidak ada permintaan maaf atas masalah yang terjadi

Ini merupakan perjalanan kedua saya dengan Cahaya Trans rute Kartasura–Jakarta. Keberangkatan dari Terminal Kartasura pukul 07.00 dan tiba di Pasar Rebo pukul 06.00, waktu tempuhnya cukup cepat dan tepat. Pelayanan kru serta sajian makanannya juga sangat baik. Cahaya Trans patut diapresiasi.
