Pengalaman pertama naik travel Rama Sakti rute Jogja–Tegal membuat kapok karena pelayanan kurang baik. Penumpang diajak berkeliling untuk mengambil dan mengantar paket hingga masuk ke kampung. Sebaiknya mobil paket dan penumpang dibedakan atau paket hanya diterima di pool. Perjalanan molor lebih dari 2 jam sehingga penumpang kelelahan. Armada tidak nyaman, udara di dalam bus pengap. Semoga ke depan pelayanan Rama Sakti bisa lebih baik.
